Nikhil is a Clinical Psychologist, Queer affirmative, and trauma informed psychotherapist.

He has completed his MPhil in Clinical Psychology from the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bangalore, his Master’s in Applied Psychology with specialisation in Clinical Psychology from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, and his Bachelor’s in Criminology and Forensic Science, Psychology, and Sociology (triple majors) from Mysore University.

He further holds certifications in Queer Affirmative Counseling Practice, Yoga in Mental Health and Trauma informed psychotherapy.

He has been invited as an eminent speaker at the International Conference on, “Mental Health Care through Spirituality, Ayurveda, and Alternative Therapies.”.

Nikhil has worked with children and adults for over 8 years in diverse settings across India, including King George Medical University, Lucknow, and Mental Health Action Trust (MHAT), an NGO based in Calicut, Kerala. During the above roles, he was engaged in various psychological assessments and individual, couple, and family therapy under supervision.

Nikhil is a RCI registered clinical psychologist (CRR No. A73918) and an associate member of the American Psychological Association (C2002948773).

Dr. Vrushali B. Sarode

Her journey into emotional wellness began at an early age, thanks to her father, who is her major life influence and a reputed psychiatrist in Pune.
