Dr. Vrushali Sarode, a gold medalist in her final year of medical school, is a distinguished Holistic Wellness and Life Coach.

Her work is dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations lead with more self awareness, wisdom, purpose and a growth mindset.

Inspired by her father, a renowned Psychiatrist in Pune, Dr. Sarode’s journey into emotional wellness began at an early age. Growing up in an environment with an early exposure to psychology, personal growth, and spirituality and her natural affinity toward philosophy combined with innate curiosity and a profound desire to improve the human condition inspired her to embark on a journey of raising self-awareness and intentional living for herself and others.
