Her journey into emotional wellness began at an early age, thanks to her father, who is her major life influence and a reputed psychiatrist in Pune. She was raised in an environment where she was introduced to psychology, spirituality, and personal growth from an early age. She sought refuge in these three pillars whenever she faced difficulties throughout her life.

Having worked in the fields of health and wellness and psychology for the past 8 years, she realised the importance of intentional living and consciously creating a balanced life in the present in order to prevent physical and mental ailments in the future.
